Rapid changes in cell phone technology has brought about many new legal and social challenges. One major
challenge facing teens is the wide spread practice of sharing sexually explicit content via cell phones
(aka “Sexting”).

The problem is that most adolescents do not recognize the seriousness of this behavior or the legal and social implications they may face by engaging in this type of behavior.  Our sexting diversion program is designed to help parents, schools and the juvenile courts address the critical issue of sexting.
